Rules
In order for you and your neighbors to
enjoy your stay with us, it is necessary
to adopt certain guidelines.
Your cooperation will be appreciated!
1. DO NOT run generators while on the campground. If used with electricity, this will cause irreversible damage!
2. Vehicles, campers, and trailers that constitute a fire, safety, or health hazard to the owners or occupants of the campground will be refused admittance. THIS INCLUDES VEHICLES WITH ANY TYPE OF FLUID LEAKS.
3. Management or the RV Park Owner are not responsible for theft, damage, or accidental injuries while on the campgrounds.
4. Do not throw cigarettes, bottle caps, or pull tabs on the ground.
5. UNREGISTERED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE. (Only one [1] vehicle per pad.)
6. PLEASE KEEP PETS under control at all times. No Free Roaming. PLEASE scoop all droppings. PETS must sleep inside camping unit all night. DO NOT leave pets on a leash on your site if you leave the campground.
7. CHILDREN must be kept under the close supervision of their care takers AT ALL TIMES!!
8. Avoid excessive noise and loud music at all times. QUIET HOURS are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
9. NO FIREWORKS, discharging of firearms, or displays of drunkenness will be permitted. Alcoholic beverages must be confined to campsite.
10. Place GARBAGE in plastic bags and put in trash cans or dumpster. PLEASE KEEP YOUR SITE CLEAN!
11. Waste water and grey water cannot be dumped onto the ground.
12. BATHROOMS: Do not wash dishes, pots, or pans in the bathrooms. No FOOD or DRINK, no SMOKING, NO PET WASHING! Please clean up after your use.
13. WE ASK for the support of all campers in respecting the rights of other campers, and in protecting the grounds. Music/Noise should be kept at a level for your own enjoyment. No LOUD parties!
14. WASHING VEHICLES IN THE PARK IS PROHIBITED!!
15. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES. IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!
16. SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH in the Park. Please see the manager for additional parking. DO NOT park or drive in the grass!!
17. River Bend RV Park assumes no responsibility for the use of its sites and facilities. You are responsible for your own properties and actions. Park guests and their visitors assume full responsibility for illness, injury, or accidents during their stay. River Bend RV Park assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen property belonging to guests and their visitors while staying in our park.
